Hi! Call me Thal. I draw for fun in my free time.I've been on the internet since 2008. I've drawn all my life, but since 2023 I've started dedicating energy to learn to genuinely get better as an artist, and made great strides since then.I like drawing humanoids, knights, monsters, dragons and armour, and my and other people's OCs. I enjoy experimenting with doing both stylized dynamic art, and semi-realistic art.
90% of the time I draw my OC Arkan.Nowadays, at least at the moment, I keep a low profile online, sticking mostly to socializing with my friend group on discord, and emerging online when I feel like it.I'm not a professional artist or anything, I made this Carrd because I like to be organized, and because it's pretty, muejejejeBelieve in the future and persist in the present!

What I'm currently doing

FFXIV SHADOWBRINGERS ON FREE TRIAL IS REAL, because of that I'm currently not drawingDuring 2025 I achieved everything I wanted for my art for most of my life, so now it's time for me to upgrade - namely, I want to learn to draw scenes with characters doing something in them. To transition to this, I've been re-evaluating my approach and taking the time to create OCs I'd enjoy following and drawing scenes of. There will be less art done during 2026 than the year prior, due to the bulk of my work currently being concepting, but whatever will be made will be better than before, I think.About 80% of my art doesn't get posted online, often because they're wips. Every day I fiddle a little with wip art files I started a while ago (mostly reference sheets), and draw new things in moments of excitement.Dec 15th 2025 - March 11 2026 I took a break from drawing due to feeling unwell. I feel better now.Currently a lot of my social media is a wip.I am planning to post art more often on Bsky, but there's a few organizational roadblocks I want to overcome first before I get to that.I record timelapses for almost every artwork I make. A few were posted to Bsky and Glomble.Currently I didn't include any email or messenger on my Carrd, so it may not be easy to get in touch with me. Chances are if you message me on any of my socials, I'll respond.I play a Miqo'te in FFXIV on Louisoix - Chaos. I'm about 1/3 into msq, finished Heavensward story, and am rn on Stormblood, so no spoilers, please.

Activity

This section can be used to track my activity on different corners of the internet.Right now, Toyhouse is the first place to where I post my completed works. I post there anything from highly rendered works to doodly sketches and wips.I don't update often. It's normal if you don't see me post for a while. Although I don't upload often, I am online almost daily.
